Job SummaryThis role involves steering strategic planning processes to guarantee an outstanding customer experience for all customers. The incumbent will oversee the inside sales function within the Singapore office and collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and service departments.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the inside Sales team to achieve Departmental KPIs and goals through coordinated efforts and strategic planning.
- Cultivate a customer-centric approach within the organization by implementing effective strategies and best practices.
- Mentor and coach Inside Sales Engineers to ensure they provide top-notch customer interactions and adhere to set standards of courtesy and professionalism.
- Analyze customer interactions data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback from customers, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in an MNC or similar industry.
- Experience in managing and leading teams in dynamic environments.
- Strong knowledge of process automation, instrumentation, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is highly desirable.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 SGD, based on market research and the level of responsibility involved.
