Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, familiarity with luxury car brands' service experience operations, and expertise in customer experience roles. Innovative thinking, acute market insight, and strong data analysis skills are essential. The individual should also be proficient in using common office software like Excel and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Establish competitive and brand-specific customer experience and operational processes through in-depth user insights and industry research. Continuously optimize service processes and improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition. Analyze data, customer profiles, project tracking, and market research to collaborate with frontline teams and initiate customer experience innovation projects based on business needs.
