About the Role:
This pivotal role focuses on developing and implementing exceptional customer experiences in the automotive industry, leveraging in-depth user insights and industry research. Key responsibilities include establishing operational processes, identifying pain points, optimizing service quality, analyzing data, and collaborating with frontline teams to drive innovation projects.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, familiarity with luxury car brands' service experience operations, and expertise in customer experience roles. Innovative thinking, acute market insight, and strong data analysis skills are essential. The individual should also be proficient in using common office software like Excel and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:
BYD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. offers a competitive salary of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities:
Establish competitive and brand-specific customer experience and operational processes through in-depth user insights and industry research. Identify existing pain points in customer experience within the automotive industry, propose practical operational optimization solutions, and drive their initiation and implementation within the company. Continuously optimize service processes and improve service quality to increase customer satisfaction and brand recognition. Analyze data, customer profiles, project tracking, and market research to collaborate with frontline teams and initiate customer experience innovation projects based on business needs.
