Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at FIAMM ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new orders into SAP, closely monitor and follow up on orders to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, manage relationships with customers, attend to inquiries, and respond to information requests in a timely manner.
  • Check stock inventory to advise sales/customers on availability and provide guidance on ordering processes.
  • Monitor advance payments, customer claims, and export control procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to corporate guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to handle inbound and outbound distribution, organize shipments (road/sea/air), and negotiate freight costs.
  • Support the preparation of reports, analysis, and Year-End stock takes, as well as resolve and coordinate operational day-to-day issues with 3PL warehouses, customers, suppliers, and forwarders.
  • Negotiate Letters of Credit, verify vendor invoices, and compile invoices for weekly submission.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit negotiation and experience in a customer service position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically, and motivated to deliver results.
  • Detailed-oriented, tactful when handling difficult customers, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • A minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a customer service role and able to start work immediately or short notice.
Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
