About the Role:AVENTIR GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
About the Job:The successful candidate will oversee daily team operations, improve service workflows, and implement initiatives that support our client-first approach.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day activities of the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain customer profiles to refine lead qualification and enhance customer experience.
- Implement customer satisfaction surveys and loyalty programs to drive business growth.
- Standardize communication protocols and conduct regular service audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Drive the digitalization of workflows and CRM adoption to streamline processes.
- Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and prepare periodic reports for management to track progress.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, along with 10+ years of experience in customer service, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
You should possess strong leadership, communication, and CRM skills, as well as proven time management and problem-solving abilities.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
