Job Title: Sales Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to senior management. The representative will also be responsible for supporting management by completing orders, keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates, ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, responding to complaints from customers, and providing after-sales support when requested.

Additionally, the representative will oversee preparation and timely release of raw materials to production to meet production orders, track usage of raw materials to production, prepare monthly reports on the performance of production, and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and customer satisfaction.

The representative will also be responsible for preparing various monthly reports for Management, including Sale & Purchase Invoice Summary, Sales & Sales Profit Report, Sale by Segment Sale Report, Unit Price Calculation, Bi-yearly Sales Budget Report, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have good time management skills, a good understanding of manufacturing process, and reasonable expectations as to what can be accomplished within a certain timeframe. You will also need to have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts, and strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.

A minimum Diploma in Engineering/Sales/Marketing or equivalent with 1-2 years of sales experience in a recent relevant manufacturing environment is preferred. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are also essential.
