Job Role: Incident Management Expertise

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our organization as an Incident Management Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support during crises and incidents, utilizing their expertise in security operations and risk management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of security and geopolitical developments across APAC, with the ability to rapidly assess emerging themes and events. A bachelor's degree or post-graduate level qualification in relevant fields such as security studies, international relations, social sciences or the humanities is preferred.

The selected individual will work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently producing high-quality work and meeting deadlines. Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and comprehensive computer skills are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage risks and ensure business continuity during incidents or crises.
  • Gather and analyze information from various sources, drafting reports to provide management and global contacts with actionable intelligence.
  • Manage and administer travel security operations, including tracking, assisting and advising international travelers on incidents or crises.
  • Oversee local incident management teams throughout the APAC region, coordinating with other regional GSOCs for international incidents or crises.
  • Work closely with Global Security managers to ensure effective coordination of crisis management policies.
  • Perform tasks and projects under Global Security operations, including Technical and Physical Security tasks.
