Incident Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team. This critical role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure clear understanding of ITIL principles and maintain a solid grasp of Incident Management process.

This includes ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated throughout the life cycle of an incident.

As an Incident Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for chairing Incident bridge calls, driving parties towards service restoration, and making decisions based on business needs.

You will also be required to liaise with multiple vendors as necessary to lead Critical & Major Incidents to closure.
