Job Summary

As a Territory Manager with Boston Scientific, you will be responsible for supporting the Divisional Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the Division. Your core objective will be to aid customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive business knowledge of the medical device industry, including competitors and market trends.
  2. Visit customers and potential customers to promote products and services, and achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory, with minimal direction.
  4. Plan and develop market strategies for existing and new products, aligned with divisional goals.
  5. Provide technical training and support to customers directly in cathlabs.
  6. Serve as the primary contact person for hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff for technical, contract, and project matters.
  7. Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  8. Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and others.
  9. Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
  10. Lead specialized project teams and provide technical leadership to Business Unit Heads.
  11. Coach and guide team members through training and feedback.
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in business or scientific specialization.
  • More than 10 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Manager, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Business acumen, strategic sales planning skills, and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of planning and achieving sales goals.
  • Strong ability to engage and interact with customers in various settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong clinical aptitude and ability to attend cases and provide support in the operating room.
