At CommScope, we are redefining connectivity to power a smarter, simpler, more connected world. We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a RUCKUS Territory Sales Director.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the territory. As a RUCKUS Territory Sales Director, you will be responsible for forecasting revenue, managing sales accounts, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers and influencers
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting on deal completions
- Leverage local, APJ, and worldwide resources to drive business success
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 10-15 years of IT sales experience in enterprise accounts
- A proven track record of sales success and achievement of revenue goals
- Excellent people skills, influencing ability, and effective business relationship management
