Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Influence and Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Ogilvy in Singapore. This role is responsible for leading influencer marketing efforts across ASEAN and South Pacific markets, driving business results through strategic partnerships and content solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in influencer marketing, with expertise in developing integrated campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with senior clients, identifying new business opportunities, and staying up-to-date with cultural and social trends.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across ASEAN and South Pacific markets, aligning with client objectives and brand goals.
  • Lead the creation of influencer toolkits, including objective setting, strategy development, target identification, engagement and content ideas, selection, brief template, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class campaigns, integrating media, PR, social, brand activation, digital, and other channels.
  • SUPPORT on new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and network to identify potential clients and pitch winning proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
  • Present creative solutions to clients, controlling project management and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay abreast of cultural and social trends, customers' views and attitudes, and recent award-winning works/industry best practices relevant to the client industry.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an agency setting, with a strong background in influencer marketing.
  • A deep understanding of cultural nuances in marketing across ASEAN and South Pacific markets, with experience in activating campaigns in these regions.
  • Digital fluency, with an ability to navigate complex media landscapes and develop cohesive programs that drive results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills, with a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking, with a clear understanding of client businesses and the ability to connect business challenges with impactful ideas that drive business results.
  • Innovative approach to influencer marketing, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
  • Logical commercial acumen, managing large budgets effectively and accurately, and understanding the implications of decisions on both agency and client.
  • Active user of social platforms, with a finger on the pulse of the latest trends and happenings.
