Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Strategic Partnership Lead to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the delivery of value-added services to government agencies.

About the Role

The ICT Strategic Partnership Lead will provide strategic and tactical leadership in harnessing technologies to deliver innovative solutions to government agencies. You will work closely with senior management to understand their issues and help promote / influence directions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Alignment and Harmonization: Review ICT initiatives and programmes, identify opportunities to harmonize IT applications, in order to achieve alignment with the over-arching ICT infrastructures and architecture.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with agencies' senior management to understand their needs and develop effective strategies for delivering ICT solutions.
  • Site Performance and Problem Prevention: Monitor the effectiveness of site performance and pre-empt potential problems to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Synergies and Staff Development: Facilitate synergies with other entities within GovTech and beyond, while managing the deployment of staff effectively and strategically to fulfill resource requirements.
What We Are Looking For
  • Education and Experience: Graduate degree in computer science or general discipline with relevant ICT experience, with at least 20 years' experience, including 10 years in management capacity.
  • ICT Operations Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ICT operations in public and private sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated strategic thinking skills with broad perspective of different issues, as well as strong negotiation and influencing skills.
