Enterprise Sales Team Lead

About the OpportunityWe're seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs). Your primary focus will be on Talent Development & Revenue Development.
Key Responsibilities- Attract, hire, retain, and develop top talent in sales
- Provide expert coaching and mentoring to ensure team members reach their full potential
- Participate in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings to identify new business opportunities
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasts to senior management
- Cross-functional collaboration to establish scalable processes for lead management and follow-up SLAs
- Develop and own key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team execution
- Work closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales management to align pipeline production with sales team needs
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years experience as an individual contributor and closer
- 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring, developing, and promoting
- Complex enterprise software experience in a comparable company
- Experience with open source software sales is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A proven track record of overachievement and results-oriented approach
