Job Overview
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge ICT professional solutions to establish strong client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the financial services industry to develop new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate advanced ICT professional solutions, including wireless communication systems, satellite connectivity, and managed services, to prospective clients.
- Client Requirements Analysis: Analyze client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs and business goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective strategies for account growth and market expansion.
- Proposal Development: Prepare well-crafted proposals and deliver professional presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while aligning with company objectives.
- Sales Performance: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process and closing deals.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues to ensure continued satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Corporate Sales Experience: 1–3 years of corporate sales experience, specializing in network infrastructure solutions and engaging with C-suite executives.
- Sales Achievement: Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- ICT Knowledge: Strong understanding of ICT professional solutions and their applications within the financial services industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivation: A self-motivated, results-driven professional with the discipline to excel in a hybrid work model, effectively balancing remote and in-office collaboration.
