Dining Service Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Dining Service Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greeting and coordinating the seating of guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Recognizing regular guests and highlighting their preferences to the Restaurant Manager.
  • Fulfilling guest requests promptly during operations.
  • Promoting the restaurant by building a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a database of regular customers, and providing personalized service.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, furnishings, equipment, and setup in the restaurant and connected areas.
  • Participating in team briefs as required and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
