About This Role

This esteemed position involves leading a team of skilled professionals in the operation and management of dining establishments. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide their team towards achieving exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Organize table reservations and manage seating arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule duty rosters for all staff members, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and setup of the establishment, adhering to high standards
  • Participate in Food and Beverage meetings and briefings as required, staying informed of industry developments and best practices
  • Foster effective communication among team members, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration
  • Provide training and coaching to staff members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, shifts, and public holidays
  • Welcome to Singaporean nationals and permanent residents
