We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Italian dining establishment.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, leading and motivating a dynamic front-of-house team, and maintaining strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking staff, suppliers, and guests.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining protocols.
  • Coordinate reservations, guest flow, and seating to optimize service efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure menu consistency and smooth coordination.
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), staff productivity, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • A deep understanding and appreciation of Italian food, culture, and service standards.
  • The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, reservations software, and basic business reporting.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
