Job Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and leadership-driven individual to lead our service team.

This role is ideal for experienced waitstaff with strong organizational skills who can ensure high-quality service for our guests.

No experience needed, training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Restaurant Manager in operations of outlets to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Interact with customers and attend to any queries.
  • Ensure the standard of service provided to customers at all times.
  • Ensure outlet cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Guide and assist new hire in operations.
  • To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent service mindset and team collaboration.
  • 6-days work week including weekends, Rotating shifts.
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
  • To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
