Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide menus promptly, anticipating their needs throughout the meal.
  • Monitor tables closely, removing cutlery and dishes as courses are completed, and presenting dessert menus with relevant recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality at all times, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Serve food orders efficiently, adhering to kitchen preparation times.
  • Evaluate and improve service standards through feedback and coaching.
