Job Summary

You will play a crucial role in managing and cultivating relationships with clients, as well as taking on responsibilities for sourcing clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow the business through contract/project financing, pre and post-factoring initiatives.
  • SOURCE AND IDENTIFY leads for relationship officers to prospect and convert into opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating consistent revenue streams.
  • Provide guidance to relationship managers on cold calling, lead management, and client nurturing.
  • Meet with potential prospects to assess their needs and develop viable financing solutions.
  • Conduct credit assessments on client applications to ensure they meet basic credit requirements and adhere to business operational processes and controls.
  • Create and submit detailed credit memos to the credit committee and management for approval.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounts teams to ensure timely disbursement of funds to clients.
  • Nurture strategic partnerships with referral agents, business associations, and counterparts to drive meaningful referrals to the organization.
