Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with creative, strategic, and effective solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding their business objectives.
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee project timelines, scopes, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
    • Coordinate across teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
    • Manage project workflows, track progress, and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Business Growth and Upselling:
    • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and actively support new business development efforts.
    • Work closely with senior management to pitch new ideas and services to clients.
    • Help clients evolve their strategies, recommending innovative solutions that drive growth.
  • Collaboration Across Teams:
    • Collaborate seamlessly with creatives, media planners, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations across all departments, facilitating efficient project workflows.
    • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies and solutions.
  • Client Confidence and Strategic Insight:
    • Provide strategic insights to clients, guiding them on how to achieve their goals and improve their brand impact.
    • Gain client confidence by offering smart, business-focused solutions that add value to their marketing strategies.
    • Provide proactive recommendations based on industry trends, performance data, and client goals.
