Customer Success Manager

Delivering exceptional customer experiences is at the core of our business. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Singapore.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from our solutions. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring smooth adoption of products and services
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, challenges, and goals
  • Monitor customer health metrics and address risks to retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve customer issues and provide feedback
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Conduct regular business reviews and deliver value-driven presentations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and referenceability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success
