Strategic Client Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Client Manager. As a Key Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing strategic clients across various retail, food and beverage, and entertainment verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across assigned categories.
  • Implement promotional plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage advertising and promotion initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Lead new product launches and secure listings in partner channels.
  • Coordinate internal teams including sales, supply chain, customer service, and merchandising.
  • Monitor market trends to inform proactive strategies.
  • Handle client escalations ensuring excellent service and timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit campaign execution and gather field insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Management equivalent work experience (5+ years).
  • Proven track record in key account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
