We're seeking an experienced User Access Management Professional to support our team in Singapore.

5+ years of experience in user access management or similar role
Knowledge of identity and access management principles -Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools - Understanding of security compliance requirements
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and Excel (merging, macros, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently
Understanding of security best practices
Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools
Job Responsibilities
  • Process and manage user access requests, modifications, and terminations
  • Perform regular access reviews and recertification exercises
  • Create and maintain user accounts across multiple systems and applications
  • Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies
  • Manage privileged access requests and temporary elevation of rights
  • Support identity management processes and maintain access matrices
  • Generate reports on user access status and permissions
