Key Responsibilities:">

  • Process and manage user access requests, modifications, and terminations.">
  • Perform regular access reviews and recertification exercises.">
  • Create and maintain user accounts across multiple systems and applications.">
  • Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies.">
  • Manage privileged access requests and temporary elevation of rights.">
  • Support identity management processes and maintain access matrices.">
  • Generate reports on user access status and permissions.">
Requirements:">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in user access management or similar role.">
  • Knowledge of identity and access management principles.">
  • Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools.">
  • Understanding of security compliance requirements.">
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and Excel (merging, macros, etc.).">
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.">
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.">
  • Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.">
  • Understanding of security best practices.">
  • Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools.">
