Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team in a key role of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), identity lifecycle management, and access governance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that ensure secure, seamless access to enterprise resources. This will involve collaborating with security, IT, and business teams to ensure IAM best practices and adherence to security standards.

The job requires experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ, as well as other IAM technologies. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise in design, configuration, and implementation of Identity Management with SailPoint IIQ, end-to-end Implementation of Identity Life cycle Management, Access Governance, Password Management, Application onboarding.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing workflows, policies, and access certifications in SailPoint.
  • Developing custom connectors and integrating SailPoint with third-party systems.
  • Managing identity lifecycle, user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Conducting periodic access reviews, ensuring compliance with internal and external security policies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow and/or IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including RBAC, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
  • Experience with SailPoint configuration, workflows, and integration with various systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud applications.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience in preparing data mapping sheets and implementing logic from authoritative sources to IIQ and IIQ to target systems.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage vendor and end-user customers.
  • Closely working with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Good experience in writing PL/SQL statements, procedures, and functions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server.
  • Understanding of security standards and best practices related to IAM, including SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

Desirable qualifications include experience with other IAM tools like Azure or CyberArk, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
