**Job Title:** Identity and Access Management Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity management systems for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Design and implement IAM solutions using various tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IAM-related risks and vulnerabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM best practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IAM, preferably in a financial institution or banking environment.
- Strong command of IAM concepts, including Joiner, Mover Leaver (JML), Recertification, Role-based Access Controls (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties.
