Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and implementation of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical support of IAM solution; support issues reported by users and perform fixes, ensuring that the system is properly maintained.
  • Ensure the stability, health, and performance of IAMs implementation and make sure SLA requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with customer's vendor team, internal support and technical team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades; making sure services are available and ensuring minimal disruption to the system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, information security, computer science, or related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in IAM technical support role or IAM implementation / integration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on knowledge and technical implementation experience in any/ some of the following: Identity and Access Management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as IBM Security Verify, SailPoint, Deep Identity, etc.
  • Database, SQL, LDAP, web services, and working with Windows or Linux operating systems.
