We are seeking a detail-oriented User Access Management Specialist to manage user access rights, permissions, and identity management across our organisation's systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage user access requests, modifications, and terminations
- Perform regular access reviews and recertification exercises
- Create and maintain user accounts across multiple systems and applications
- Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies
- Manage privileged access requests and temporary elevation of rights
- Support identity management processes and maintain access matrices
- Generate reports on user access status and permissions
- Collaborate with HR for joiners, movers, and leavers processes
- Assist in troubleshooting access-related issues
- 5+ years of experience in user access management or similar role
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles
- Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools
- Understanding of security compliance requirements
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and Excel (merging)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Good communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently
- Understanding of security best practices
- Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools
