Job Title: Identity Access Management Specialist

Are you an experienced professional in cyber security and IT looking to specialize in Identity Access Management? Do you have a strong background in AWS IAM, Windows Active Directory, and PIM/PAM solutions?

This is an exciting opportunity to work on Cloud IAM, Active Directory, and PAM solutions that safeguard critical systems. As an Identity Access Management Specialist, you will provide consulting and advisory services on account security and compliance across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage AWS IAM roles, policies, and federated authentication environments.
  • Support Windows Active Directory / Cloud AD lifecycle management and compliance reviews.
  • Deploy and administer Privileged Identity & Access Management (PIM/PAM) tools to protect sensitive accounts.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks, audits, and access reviews against ISO standards (ISO 27001 or equivalent).
  • Prepare security & compliance reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders and audit readiness.
  • Partner with engineering and application teams to align access security with business and regulatory needs.

Requirements:
  • Min. 3 years' experience in cyber security, IT security, or compliance roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of: AWS IAM (Identity & Access Management), Windows AD / Cloud AD, PIM/PAM solutions.
  • Exposure to audit and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, IAM standards).
  • Strong communication skills for advisory and cross-team collaboration.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with RHEL Linux and Power BI/Tableau for reporting.
