Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Description:

  • Design, integrate, maintain, and optimize IAM processes.
  • Develop and implement a system-independent role concept to improve authorization management.
  • Assist in gathering and assessment of new requirements.
  • Define needs and coordinate external support in assigned areas.
  • Provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of the IAM solution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with other IT teams to minimize system response time and maximize system availability.
  2. Document requirements and coordinate enhancements in assigned areas.
  3. Plan, coordinate, and conduct training for assigned applications.
  4. Work with other departments on productivity enhancements, error/cost reductions, and other improvement projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Good team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.
