We are seeking a diligent and proactive IT professional with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support and enhance our IAM processes and application landscape.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science;
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support related work;
  • Prior experience in IT administration, such as user access management, identity and access management (IAM), or related areas;
  • Experience with Active Directory and user provisioning tools;
  • Basic understanding of IT security and access control best practices;
  • Participation in standby/on-call support including weekends, to address urgent ID-related issues;

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.

Responsibilities:

  1. Administration and management of IT user accounts;
  2. Support for onboarding and offboarding processes by creating, updating, and deactivating user accounts;
  3. Creation and maintenance of Active Directory (AD) and application-level user accounts;
  4. Development and implementation of system-independent role concepts to improve authorization management;
  5. Documentation of user requirements and driving enhancements in assigned applications;
  6. Assistance in troubleshooting and resolving ID-related issues.
