**YOUR ROLE**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive fullstack development
- Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Understand DevOps workflows
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure high performance, scalable and reliable designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies

**WHO YOU ARE**:
We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

- Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
- A curious mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to various software environments and solutions.
- Proficiency in working with AI tools (Copilot, Phind etc...) to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
- Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
- Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
- Strong team player.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior). Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP for backend development.
- Solution Architecture
- Cloud Computing Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc...)
- Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, etc...)
- Native Mobile Development (iOS, Android)
- Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native)

**We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.**
