Job Summary:

This role involves strategic leadership of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across enterprise systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IAM strategies to ensure security, compliance, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead a team of experienced IAM professionals in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM technologies and processes.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and federation.
  • Implement and manage IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint, Azure AD, or similar solutions.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to integrate IAM controls and enhance overall system security.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements through regular assessments and reviews.
  • Lead access certification campaigns, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege enforcement to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend IAM tools and technologies to improve the organization's security posture and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for IAM-related incidents and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IAM architecture, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong educational background in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management with a focus on strategic leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of success in IAM roles with expertise in SSO, MFA, RBAC, identity federation, and PAM.
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools and platforms, including SailPoint and Azure AD.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
