Identity and Access Management Specialist

This role is responsible for day-to-day identity and access management activities, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access across enterprise systems.

  • The specialist will be accountable for user lifecycle management including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • They will administer role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure appropriate entitlements.
  • Responsibilities also include managing and resolving access requests and incidents in line with agreed service levels.
  • Accurate records, documentation, and audit trails must be maintained for compliance purposes.
  • Collaboration with IT and Security teams will be required to support governance and risk-related requirements.
  • The specialist will assist in incident investigations and contribute to remediation activities.
  • Ongoing opportunities for process improvements and awareness initiatives will be identified.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms is essential.
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control principles is necessary.
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with high attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills are necessary, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
