We are seeking an experienced IT specialist to join our team in the role of Identity and Access Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, integrating, maintaining, and optimizing IAM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM workflows for user onboarding, management, and offboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement system-independent role concepts for improved authorisation management
- Assist in gathering and assessing new requirements for IAM systems
- Define needs and coordinate external support in the assigned area
- Provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of IAM solutions
- Work with other IT teams to minimize system response time and maximize system availability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields with at least 2 years of working experience in IAM
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as a team player
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
