We're seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team and support our Identity and Access Management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage user accounts
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create and maintain Active Directory and application-level user accounts
- Develop and implement system-independent role concepts to improve authorization management
- Document user requirements and drive enhancements in assigned applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues
- Compile and execute periodic reviews of user accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support related work
- Prior experience in IT administration, user access management, or related areas
- Experience with Active Directory and user provisioning tools
- Basic understanding of IT security and access control best practices
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
