Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Production Applications, IT Engineer. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in Identity and Access Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, integrating, maintaining, and optimising IAM processes such as joiner, mover, and leaver workflows. They will also participate in the development and implementation of a system-independent role concept to improve authorisation management.

In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will assist in gathering and assessing new requirements, define the needs and coordinate external support in their area, provide 24x7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of the IAM solution, and work with other IT teams towards the common goal of minimising system response time and maximising system availability.

They will also be responsible for documenting requirements and coordinating enhancements in their assigned area, planning, coordinating, and conducting training for assigned applications, and working with other departments for productivity enhancements, error/cost reductions, and other improvement projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with at least 2 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management.

They must be a good team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently, and have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID is also essential.
