We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Access Manager to support and manage identity lifecycle processes, authentication, authorization, and access control across a full stack of business applications.



About the Role:

This is a key position that requires strong technical expertise in identity management, security best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX). The ideal candidate will have experience designing and implementing IAM frameworks, managing user provisioning and deprovisioning, and maintaining documentation of user access policies and audit logs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and implement IAM frameworks aligned with security best practices and business needs
  • User Provisioning and Deprovisioning: Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control across multiple systems
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and internal security policies
  • Audit and Reporting: Maintain documentation of user access policies and audit logs for reporting purposes
  • Access Reviews: Conduct role-based access control (RBAC) reviews to minimize excessive or inappropriate permissions
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with organizational goals
  • Incident Response: Lead investigations into access-related incidents and recommend remediation measures
  • Security Awareness: Promote security awareness and train staff on access policies and procedures
  • Team Leadership: Oversee IAM team activities, including performance appraisals and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Process Improvement: Monitor and manage Jira queues to ensure timely resolution of requests
