Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, collaborating closely with Business HRBPs and COEs for all Singapore matters, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high-performing culture, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve strategic objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of generalist HR or HR Operations experience, with a degree qualification and a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels, including leadership, and to influence and consult with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • A self-starter with high personal integrity, able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
