Job Summary

Applied Medical is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and developing policies and procedures to support our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and fair work acts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
