Job Title: Manager, Human Resources

The Kuok Group is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Manager, Human Resources. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in supporting the full spectrum of HR initiatives, projects, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Strategy: Collaborate with business managers to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes, as well as talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Analyze Trends and Metrics: Develop people solutions, programs, and policies by analyzing trends and metrics.
  • Employee Development: Help business managers provide employees with development opportunities and ensure they meet current and future performance standards and business requirements.
  • Advice and Coaching: Provide advice to line management on coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related matters.
  • HR Policy and Process: Assist in reviewing, proposing, and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and supporting HR process continuous improvement through process streamlining and automation with technology.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance to local legislations and statutory requirements in all HR-related policies and practices, and conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Qualifications: Possess a Degree in Human Resources or Administrative/Business Studies, familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices, and at least 8 years of generalist HR experience.
