The Role

About the Role:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training & Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also handle claims-related matters, prepare internal reports, and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives. You will be reporting to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Talent Acquisition operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and documents management.
  • Support Training & Development (T&D) programs execution, including planning and execution of HR projects, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in HR operations, including taking ownership of claims-related matters.
  • Prepare internal HR-related reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Perform any other HR tasks or services as required.
Ideal Profile

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree; a related degree in Human Resources, Business, Humanities, or Social Sciences is strongly preferred.
  • Available for full-time 6 months internship.
  • Passionate in Human Resource and in joining the FinTech industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal in English).
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work and contribute independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to manage and work on different tasks and projects.
  • Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage.
  • Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
