Job Summary

Overview of the Position:

The HR Generalist plays a crucial role within the HR department, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. This position encompasses a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, performance evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, onboarding processes, data analysis, talent development, employee relations, policy enforcement, and compliance with employment laws. The individual will collaborate with business leaders to address people-related challenges, manage the complete employee lifecycle, and provide insightful reports and metrics on HR matters to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver professional HR advice, ensuring seamless HR support is provided to the business and driving the implementation of HR practices and initiatives. Act as a strategic advisor on talent development, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, succession planning, performance management, and coaching managers through performance discussions. Proactively identify gaps in existing processes and drive continuous improvements in HR operations. Consult with management during the business planning process, providing insights on organizational capabilities and the HR implications of business objectives to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals. Oversee international mobility and assignments, including tax simulations and relocation issues. Manage HR operational responsibilities, including the development of HR policies in accordance with local regulations, enforcing procedures, and ensuring compliance in daily HR activities. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, compensation and benefits management, employee relations, and exit management. Address employee relations matters and provide solutions to enhance staff engagement and organizational culture. Implement global, regional, and local HR projects as required. Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
