Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist plays a vital role within the HR department, reporting directly to the HR Operations Consultant. This position encompasses comprehensive HR support across various functional domains, including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, remuneration, employee benefits, onboarding processes, data analytics, talent development, employee relations, policy enforcement, and adherence to employment legislation. The Specialist will collaborate with and counsel organizational leaders on personnel and team-related matters, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle while providing analytical reports and metrics on HR topics to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver expert HR guidance, ensuring smooth HR operations tailored to business needs and promoting the execution of HR practices and initiatives. Serve as a strategic consultant to the organization on talent management issues, including identifying and nurturing high-potential employees, succession planning, performance evaluation, and coaching leaders through performance discussions. Proactively identify deficiencies in current processes and lead continuous enhancements to HR operations. Advise management during the business planning phase, providing insights on organizational capabilities and the HR implications of business objectives to ensure alignment between HR strategies and corporate goals. Oversee international assignments, including net-tax income simulations and relocation considerations. Manage HR operational duties, including the development of HR policies compliant with local laws, enforcing procedures, managing systems, and ensuring compliance in daily HR activities. Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, and exit management. Address employee relations issues and provide solutions to improve staff engagement and enhance company culture. Implement global, regional, and local HR initiatives. Responsible for any additional tasks as assigned.
