Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning/AI projects to transform AML capabilities and oversee financial crime compliance and projects.
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap, create user journey maps, and stakeholder engagement plans to drive unified process digitalization.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status and issues to management, leveraging your expertise in managing data-driven initiatives.
  • Implement automated data analytics using Python, create insightful dashboards with data visualization tools, and develop test plans to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with technology, compliance, and senior management teams to deliver objectives effectively, using your strong change mindset and influencing skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager or product owner, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing data analytics solutions using Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of Waterfall or Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
