Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our restaurant as an intern in a full-time operational position. As part of a team, you will work independently to support the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Setup: Assist with daily setup and closing procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Guest Service: Greet guests, offer menus, handle feedback and enquiries, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Take orders accurately, check back on timely delivery of food and beverages, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Restaurant Operation: Manage restaurant operations, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place and sequences of service are followed for smooth operation flow.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, but relevant Food and Beverage work experience or internship is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, cheerful demeanor, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Customer service oriented, team player, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ways of working.
