Tea Connoisseur and Hospitality Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Tea Connoisseur and Hospitality Professional to join our team in Central Singapore. As part of our opening team, you will be responsible for welcoming and serving guests with warm, professional hospitality.

About the Role
  • Welcome and serve guests with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Prepare and present Chinese teas (and light food accompaniments) to high standards.
  • Share knowledge of tea varieties and guide guests through tasting experiences.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including table service, retail sales, and event hosting.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken).
  • A passion for hospitality and interest in Chinese tea culture.
  • Prior experience in the tea industry, F&B, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic new concept environment.
