Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced engineer to join our Infra Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the consultants' design of M&E systems to ensure that it meets the requirements of an acute cum community setting hospital.

">

The successful candidate will work closely with Facilities Management, Development team, and Operations and Clinical users from various other departments to ascertain the requirements for M&E systems. Prior experience in planning and/or running an acute and community setting hospital is highly valued. Knowledge of IT systems, IT integration and smart technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • ">
  • Planning and leading M&E engagements with consultants and stakeholders to achieve clear objectives. ">
  • Following through with stakeholders' engagement to document and disseminate discussions to relevant parties. ">
  • Working closely with consultants to capture all stakeholders' requirements. ">
  • Monitoring design and construction timeline to meet overall project timeline. ">
  • Presenting M&E design proposals for management clearance. ">
  • Reviewing contract packaging and specs, including clauses on T&C, maintenance after DLP etc. ">
  • Involving in site coordination, including technical coordination due to user requests, mock up reviews, T&C etc. ">

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. ">
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with project management experience. ">
  • Candidates with healthcare background highly preferred. ">
  • Knowledge of IT systems, IT integrations and smart technologies is an added advantage. ">
  • Knowledgeable in planning, developing, and managing infrastructure projects. ">
  • Capable of conducting effective and productive stakeholder engagement sessions. ">
  • Proficient in documentation to accurately record discussions for future use. ">
  • Passionate about healthcare planning topics and issues, able to guide hospital development effectively. ">
  • Strong language skills. ">
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities. ">
