We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's lounge, rooftop bar, and room service.
- Working in rotation in room service, lounge, and rooftop bar.
- Collecting food from the restaurant and serving it to guests.
- Mixing and serving a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with flair, precision, and creativity.
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring all necessary equipment is in perfect working condition.
- Engaging guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, understanding their preferences to suggest the perfect beverage that suits their taste and mood.
- Managing beverage inventory, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring stock levels are optimized, all while adhering to our quality standards and guidelines.
Requirements include:
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- An upbeat and approachable personality that naturally draws guests in, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Maintaining a polished appearance, effortlessly engaging with guests, and team members.
- Flexibility with rotating shifts and working on weekends and public holidays.
- Good personal hygiene and high self-discipline in maintaining cleanliness of the bar counter and workstations.
