Main Responsibilities:

- Manage front-of-house operations, coordinating with security and other departments.
- Anticipate guests' needs and deliver personalized service.
- Handle phone calls and messages professionally.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve service requests efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve guest or staff requests promptly.
- Maintain reception and workspace areas according to company standards.
- Ensure VVIPs receive exceptional assistance.
- Uphold the company's grooming and service excellence standards.
- Support company events and initiatives.
- Assist in supervising reception operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in rotational training programs to gain exposure to broader hospitality functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and professional disposition with excellent grooming standards.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
